I have been using South Beach Smoke since January 1st 2012 – I ordered the Deluxe Starter Kit – this is the best one to order so that you have 2 cigarettes, 1 to use and the other on charge – I am totally happy with this product, I have not smoked a “normal” cigarette since starting on these. They taste good, I can smoke anywhere and even my doctor is happy with me. A cartridge on the Deluxe set will last about a pack of cigarettes. I cannot however, recommend the Premium cigarette or cartridge – the Premium cigarette does not have a good battery life – I have to charge it twice daily and the cartridges are supposed to equal at least a pack of cigarettes, that is mythical, I would say it lasts about 5 cigarettes at most !! I have even used a new cartridge and got nothing from it. Such a dissappointment. I only used the Premium because they were having supply and demand problems on my Deluxe Cartridges.

I enjoy their ecig but they have the worst customer service around with reps trained to lie to you directly.
1st order they claimed to ship on January second. A few days later tracking hasn’t updated and I call and am told the order was shipped on the 2nd. Same deal a few days after that. Finally 10 days or so after the order I call again, the rep tells me that the order hasn’t shipped because they are out of stock of cartridges. This proves that they first few customer service representatives lied.
2nd order was cartridges with their home delivery program. Shipped out on time and everything looked good. Opened up the package a week or two later when I ran out of cartridges from my original order. I find that they sent THE WRONG cartridges designed for their OTHER ecig. Super, cartridges that don’t work with my model. Call them up and the customer service rep says they’ll ship out the correct cartridges immediately and I would receive an email with tracking within 2 days. That was 2 weeks ago. They haven’t done anything and once again lied to me. Called yesterday and was totally blown off by customer service. Sent an email seeing if their customer service is any better if you don’t talk to them. No response.
Been totally calm and laid back with all communications with these idiots and crooks (except for the email hah!). Nothing works.
Going to file a complaint with the BBB on monday assuming they haven’t made any progress with the most recent issue.

When I go out, I love to smoke, and using e-cigs makes enjoying a night out with friends so much better and enjoyable. I don’t smoke all the time, only when I am out and drinking. It was getting so difficult now that smoking is banned from practically every indoor bar, or restaurant because I would have to stop what I was doing and leave for a cigarette. It’s understandable why smoking isn’t welcome anywhere, but if you smoke it is such a burden. E-cigarettes make everything easier for everyone- smokers and nonsmokers can be happy together indoors, finally!

I have a family, and now that my kids are starting to get a little older, I was getting concerned about the example I was setting, as a smoker. My wife convinced my to
try electronic cigarettes because of all the hype around them. Gum and the patch didn’t work for me, but I decided to try e-cigarettes anyway. Boy, am I glad I did!
They feel just like the real thing, and the nicotine feels even cleaner. I like being able to smoke indoors, and not have smoke polluting my home. I have successfully cut down my habit, and look so forward to smoking even less as time goes on.

I tried electronic cigarettes a few years back, as a way to move beyond cigarettes. I have used them ever since, but boy, I must say, e-cigs have come a long way since that time. No e-cigs can compare to South Beach Smoke! I have been using them for a while, like more than a year and a half. Occasionally I have tried other brands, just to see if there is something better, or if something else can match up, but none have. They keep things really affordable too and I love it! Don’t bother with any other e-cig.

They always answer all my questions, and they really know what they are talking about. I would recommend them to anyone just for how great they are in terms of their service. My favorite South Beach Smoke product is the Personal Charging Case, or PCC. It works with the Standard batteries, which is my favorite size, and it can recharge your batteries four times after it’s been charged! It is the go-anywhere, do-anything accessory! I always keep it in my purse, and for long days between school and work, and it allows me to never have to worry about running out of power. Best e-cig invention ever, to go with the best e-cigs ever!

I seriously quit smoking with South Beach Smoke e-cigarettes. I started with full flavor cartomizers, and gradually decreased both how much I was vaping, and in time I lessened my nicotine strength. Don’t mock it till you try it, because these worked so well for me. Nothing else can help a person really asses how much they actually smoke, and consciously make choices to wean. I will always be thankful, and love that I can still enjoy the feelings when I get to the point of 0 nicotine cartridges!

South Beach Smoke is the only e-cig brand that has remained totally consistent over time. I have tried a few other ones, here and there, and they’ve all had really bad quality, and they cost more than not only SBS e-cigs, but more than actual cigarettes! One of the best things about South Beach is that their e-cigs and cartridges come out to a lot less in price than cigarettes, so they really are the best bet. I have had issues with shipping or customer service, so as far as I’m concerned, this is the only e-cigarette company I want to deal with!

South Beach Smoke e-cigs are fantastic. They work really well. The nicotine is really nice, and their’s is the only electronic cig menthol that really tastes like menthol. It’s not sweet, not too minty, not dry. I really like the different accessory options they offer, too. The Personal Charging Case is a brilliant little tool that makes e-cigarette use really easy. I have been quite happy as a customer, they are very thorough and high quality.

I really had a problem smoking in public. Because I was a smoker and for how difficult it is to smoke in public, I just never felt like going out anymore. Most of my friends do not smoke, so that ‘s an issue for them, and having to exit the scene is another. A friend who used to smoke recently told me about his great success with South Beach Smoke, and I was instantly intrigued. I never thought of doing e-cigs, but I am really glad I tried them because they are just what was missing. The liberation of smoking at my leisure is incomparable, and I absolutely love knowing that I am not causing anyone around me any harm. I dont feel all like antisocial anymore, either!

Everything about EverSMoke is nice. Their customer service department is great- called a couple times in the past 6 months. Good accessories- the compact carrying case is really nice for this and it holds all my stuff organized. Nice flvaors, love having sweet ones after a meal. Good carts, they last a long time and are great on the nicotine- not stingy like the last brand i was with. Five stars all the way, I love this brand!

These e-cigarettes from South Beach Smoek have been such a lifesaver for me! I cannot imagine ever going back to the putrid smoke. It took me a little bit of time to get fully aquainted with my e-cigs after I got my starter kit, but now 2 months in to using them things are better than ever. The accessories are nice, and make it very easy to always be abl to puff. The bateries are durable, and the ease of use is exactly what I wanted. Vapor=Awesome.

Ummm i never thought vapor could be so much like smoke, but u have to try eversmokes to see what i mean! and i get the right kick from the nicotine- its perfect. I use the standard and high capacity batteries, switching bt both depending on which is charged. in the future iam def. going to be getting a few more! The high capacity can go for about 8 hours of heavy use, like puffing a lot through the day, and the standard gives me about 6 hours of the same use. I notice nothing in difference in how they work/ vaporize/ puff. taste is excellent, price is unbelievable for what you get. the quality is like none ive seen0 so yeah, very happy with them!

I started with south beach smoke last november. they really are great- with consistent vapor, and the batteries can go for a few days for me! Even the smaller standard size is powerful! I must let you knw that I am not an all-day user tho, just a few puffs here and there and after I eat, maybe a couple of puffs during the work day, and a lil more often when stressed out! Even still they are perfect for me and i feel so much better just knowing that i am doing somehting healthier and better for me than cigarettes. Also nice that I haven’t had to lose the nice feeling from the nicotine.

I tried 5 different e-cigs before settling on eversmoke. It was really that hard to find one that I liked- worked well- and didn’t have a messy set up. Definitely hated the sore throat thing I got with other brands i was with prior- it just seemed unavoidable to always have that hard, burning feeling from the vapor- i dont know why. And the playing with juices- not for me. I love these cartridges, and i have to attest to a very pleasing vapor too. I got a starter kit that had 2 batteries-really recommend b/c back up is priceless. totall convenience with eversmoke, 5 stars!

Big shout out to SBS! Great, great great products- I love the e-cigs cigs, use them every day. The disposables are also incredible- best I have used- and really enjoyable for a disposable bc usually they are just average. I love using the automatic batteries, and its kind of a toss up with flavors- so many good ones means i can’t pick a favorite! peach, peppermint, classic tobacco are wonderful. I am so glad I decided to try these out, and so glad there so good!

sbs has been my e-cig of choice since early this year basically as soon as i tried them. what can i say- no one has a better flavor or vapor! i tried the vanilla and the menthol at first, and they were both ok- i really like the classic tobacco best, stronger, richer taste. everything is easier with e-cigs- for instance, unexpected people in my car. i don;t have to be all self conscious because of the smell, or old butts, or offending them by my smoking. there is no mess at all with these, and i am so happy about that. as for other brands i used- it wasnt that they all sucked, but finding really good quality is hard. super happy the an sbs customer

South beach smoke has been the best alternative for me. I had to quit smoking b/c I get respiratory issues b/c I have allergies, and using e-cigs does not cause any side effects or agrivation. I am really pleased with the freedom they let me have and I love that I dont have to miss out on the feeling of smoking. Technology is just amazing.
